How much does charging cost and what are the differences in registrations?
Charging prices vary depending on the rated power of the charging connector you are using and are calculated based on the transferred electrical energy. After a defined time interval, additional secondary tariff is applied for excess minutes, to encourage users to move their fully charged vehicles and free up space for another electric vehicle. Secondary tariff will only apply after:
AC public chargers with power up to 22kW – after 180 minutes.
DC public chargers with power from 22 kW to 50 kW – after 60 minutes.
UFC public chargers with power from 50kW and onward – after 40minutes.

Why are my funds reserved and when will they be released?
When using a bank card as the payment method for charging, we reserve funds to ensure that the user has sufficient funds for charging. The funds are reserved by the bank that issued the card. Immediately after the charging session is completed, the difference between the charging session costs and the pre-authorized funds is released by us, and it is the responsibility of the bank to return them to your account. In most cases, the pre-authorization by the bank is released within ten minutes after the charging is completed. However, in some cases, the release of funds may take longer, depending on the bank's terms and conditions.
Why is my vehicle charging at a lower power than specified on the charging station?
The maximum power that the charging station can deliver is always defined on the charging station. However, to a large extent this depends on the maximum charging power (capability) of the car and on the actual state of charge of the battery in the vehicle. Generally speaking, the fuller the battery, the slower the charging will be. The temperature of the battery also plays a significant role in the charging power - if it is not at optimal levels, the car will regulate the charging power. If you car is offering that, you can pre-condition battery at least 10 minutes before arrival to charge point to maximise charging power at location.
Where can I view my invoices?
You can view the invoices for your charging sessions:
In the OneCharge mobile application, under the "Past Sessions → Invoices" section.
In your email inbox, using the email address you used for registration in the OneCharge mobile or web application.

When can I activate the emergency button on the charger and how do I restore it?
Activating the emergency button is a solution for interrupting charging in emergency situations. It cuts off power supply to the entire charging station immediately, ensuring that in the event of an accident during charging, the electricity supply is promptly cut off. Pressing the button in non-emergency situations is PROHIBITED. Emergencies include any situations that seriously endanger lives and cause significant material damage.
To restore the emergency button, follow the instructions provided at the charging station, or contact our customer support number +386 1 471 46 66.

Although most electric vehicles can use standard charging connectors, there are differences in charging standards. The most common standards are CCS (Combined Charging System), CHAdeMO and Type 2.
